Rob joined MMA Lighting Consultancy Ltd in summer 2015 to help grow our presence in the midland’s region.
Having 8 years’ experience in the lighting industry after serving in the British Army working for multi-national company Balfour Beatty on several PFI’s including Derby, Coventry and Northampton. He also worked on major projects elsewhere in the business specifically on the M25 project in the summer of 2011. Rob also worked for Amey and SSE on the Sheffield and Nottingham PFI’s respectively.
During this period of working in the lighting industry Rob has forged a career through most aspects of the day to day running of a successful lighting installation/maintenance operation, working from reporting faults in 2007 to becoming a trainee design engineer till 2012. This goes to show how driven Rob is and demands high standards of his work within the time-frames given by clients on the schemes he produces.
Looking forward Rob has been tasked with and has begun implementing the growth of MMA in the Midlands and North of England, having been a member of the MMA team since summer 2015 Rob has brought a different skill set to the team and has also learnt more commercial and other skills having left the PFI business sector of the lighting industry.
