During a recent site visit for a new scheme in Cumbria our engineers past through the City of Carlisle where in 2011 we had carried out some Section 278 designs for proposed sites at St Nicholas Retail Park and the proposed re-development of a Sainsbury’s Store in the City Centre.
As part of our initial involvement we liaised with Cumbria County Council to obtain lighting specifications and produced comprehensive section 278 lighting designs.
